The scope of work includes the removal of existing windows and masonry CMU to accommodate new windows and overhead doors. Structural modifications to support windows, overhead doors, and canopies. New patio and loading dock. Interior MEP rough-in for future tenant and new roof system. Two parking lots were added with a bioretention pond.
