McDonald York was chosen to partner with our client and design team from schematic design, incorporating value engineering to provide the best value to the owner. The project was an infill project, converting a legacy dental office into a modern steel frame orthodontic office filled with natural light. Ground-up construction of a new 3,357 SF steel frame and masonry veneer building. The scope included minor site grading, paving, and landscaping. The new office space consisted of a treatment bay, waiting room, consultant rooms for clients, and offices.
