Who We Are

Tom Kublin

Superintendent

Tom brings 34 years of construction experience to McDonald York. He is originally from Ronkonkoma, New York where his favorite part of growing up in this area was being by the ocean. He later graduated from SUNY Farmingdale on Long Island with a degree in Applied Science. Throughout his years in construction, Tom has developed an appreciation for building strong customer relationships. In each job, he strives to "deliver a quality product that exceeds the owner's expectations." Tom joined McDonald York in 2016 and has already found it to be a cohesive, friendly, and supportive organization that he is proud to be a part of. Outside of work Tom enjoys running at Lake Johnson, being involved at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Cary, and spending time with his wife, two children, and the "best family ever."
